Using the Interface
Use of the interface is rather straightforward. We recommend use of a Mozilla browser, such as firefox, instead of Internet Explorer. We also recommend use of a Junior’s laptop, for screen resolution purposes. Access of the prototype can be found at:

Navigation is done through mouse clicking on buttons that, ideally, are logically placed. This prototype is designed to allow the user to reserve a room in a textual or graphical manner
The login fields on the login screen mean nothing; enter anything (or nothing) to access the system. In the prototype, text fields and check boxes are editable, but all data is static, and any changes made will not be reflected in the prototype. On the “find a room” tab, the only functionality within the choosing criteria is the ability to select “AC” from the Building dropdown menu. Recurrence has not yet been implemented. Anything that appears to be a link will either work or throw a dialog box error. Feel free to try out features to see if they have or have not been implemented. Those features that might not lead to an obvious outcome probably work to some extent.
As a final note, though the interface is ideally designed to be nonlinear, allowing the user to enter time before picking a room, the static nature of the data in this prototype does not really allow that.
