Scenarios and Preliminary Design

Everyone participated in pretty much all parts of this phase equally (assume 33.3% for Nate and Brendan and 33.4% for Mike- that extra 0.1% is for his being just so darn punctual). Nate has done some extra work for the website design, specifically, the summaries and front pages for the scenarios, comparative analysis, and designs. Brendan made this page.
